-- I have never received such rude behavior from the staff. I am quite surprised, seeing such an amazing Doctor professor Thomos Borody to be running such a practice. He is brilliant but not the practice nor his staff ! * Hold times are extremely long. * Emails are not returned. * advised they would fax my prescription to their compounding chemist for me to collect, i took a day off work drove for 30 minutes and their response was " sorry we forgot " * staff are rude and make many errors with appointments. I got an appointment after 7 weeks for my follow up and Lauren made an error. After sitting in their practice for 1.5 hours Gail ( manager) couldn't get me another time and said would call me. I specifically flew from overseas for my appointment and they got the dates wrong and tried to blame me for their errors when i had txt messages confirming my appointment. They were not apologetic and in fact abrupt and rude. * After having sent them a complaint about their rude behavior and continuous errors during the booking process and follow up process after surgery, they have posted me a letter stating they will not see me as a patient rather than own up to their errors. In addition, after having taken all the medication for 4 months which was prescribed to be I required a follow up of my operation and intake of medication I was vocal to the practice for their errors and wrote a complain email I received a letter they won’t be taking any follow ups with me because I had vocalised my opinion as a patient which they weren’t happy about appose to look after a patient and take on board their errors and mistakes and see this as constructive feedback Very disappointing to have experienced this .
